3. Shipping

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

We are not responsible for delivery delays outside our control, including carrier delays or natural events.

4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the perishable and fragile nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
